Creating & Managing Mixed Audio/Video Playlists
RideStream breaks traditional boundaries between audio and video players. Create unified playlists containing music videos, audio tracks, podcasts, and movies in a single queue.
Why Mixed Playlists?
Standard players require separate libraries for music and movies. RideStream seamlessly transitions from playing an MP3 song to playing a high-resolution MP4 video without interrupting your session flow, background audio service, or Wi-Fi stream queue.
Step-by-Step: How to Build a Playlist
- Tap the + New Playlist button on the home library screen and name your list.
- Tap Add Media to open the built-in file picker or Storage Access Framework.
- Select any combination of MP4, MKV, AVI, MP3, FLAC, or WAV files.
- Use the drag handles ≡ next to any track to reorder items, or tap Shuffle 🔀 for random playback.
